** Partner A remains on the rower for duration of 21/15/9, while partner B remains on t2B for the 21/15/9. Then partners will switch roles; Partner B goes to the rower, Partner A goes to t2b. For ex. Partner A rows 21 cals, Partner B performs 21 t2b, A rows 15 cals, B does 15 t2b… when the first round of 12/15/9 is complete, they switch.

*** each lift will be considered a score; both partners highest clean and jerk and both partners highest snatch combined.
***No limits on attempts… 7 mins for clean and jerk, 7 mins for snatch
50 wall balls 20/14 (scaled 20/10) (all athletes will be shooting at 10′ targets, even scaled)
15 power cleans 155/105 (scaled 95/65)
15 hang power cleans
30 burpee box jumps 24/20 (step ups allowed for scaled)
15 squat cleans (scaled will do another 15 power cleans)
** reps can be broken up however you want as long as movements are performed in that order
