Here we go! Heading into the final week of the 2024 CrossFit Open!! We've seen two amazing workouts, one fast and furious for the bodyweight ninjas and the second a long grind requiring power, strength, skill and endurance.

Here we go! Heading into the final week of the 2024 CrossFit Open!!  Hope you all have enjoyed the competition so far.  We've seen two amazing workouts, one fast and furious for the bodyweight ninjas and the second a long grind requiring power, strength, skill and endurance.  Special shout out to our two center ring throwdown competitors from last week, Kris DelValle and Rick Hart who were the first of us to tackle 24.2 on Thursday evening.

This week, tune in on Thursday afternoon at 3pm EST to watch two of the world's fittest moms take on CrossFit Open workout 24.3! For the first time in Open live announcement history, six-time Fittest Woman on Earth Tia-Clair Toomey will go toe-to-toe with 2023’s third-Fittest Woman on Earth Arielle Loewen in Open Workout 24.3!  Check out how to watch HERE.

For your final BCCF Thursday Throwdown, you'll also get to watch some of our FITTEST MOMs go head-to-head to head-to-head....in an EPIC FINAL throwdown that showcases MOM STRENGTH!  Come down to the gym during the 5:30pm hour on Thursday, March 14th to watch these ladies tackle the final workout of the 2024 CrossFit Open!

For our final week of the 2024 CrossFit Open, each team will pick their OWN THEME! Chat amongst yourselves and determine how you want to showcase your TEAM SPIRIT!

Taking a look at this week, here's your rundown:

• MONDAY: (GRIND) Run, Bike, DB Shoulder to Overhead descending chipper for time + bodybuilding finisher.

• TUESDAY: (SPRINT) Gymnastics Pulling Skill/Strength Session. 3-Sets AMRAP x 6 Minutes Pull-Ups, HR Push Ups, Goblet Lunges, Sit-Ups

• WEDNESDAY: (EFFORT) 4 Rounds for Time 400m Run + 15 Power Snatches. Post Workout Skill Session: Handstands!

• THURSDAY: (QUALITY) EMOM x 25 Minutes Cardio, Alt. Box Step-Ups, Up Downs, Static Hold

• FRIDAY: (TBD) CROSSFIT OPEN WORKOUT 24.3!

• SATURDAY:(GRIND) Special St. Patrick's Day themed workout, "Lucky Charms". Partner Workout in Teams of 2: AMRAP x 17 Minutes Burpee Box Jumps, Deadlifts, Toes to Bar/Something, Wall Balls
