📢 Introducing the 2025 Programming Outline for Bell City CrossFit! 📢
As we head into a new year, we’re also heading into a New Programming Outlook at Bell City CrossFit! To ensure that our members receive expert coaching and workouts that progressively make them stronger and better conditioned—all while having a great time—the programming we utilize maps out the intention of the full year in advance.
💥2025 will be broken into four quarterly areas of focus, the first of which, "IGNITE," kicks off this week! This phase will help us prepare for the CrossFit Open with higher RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion) workouts and some historical CrossFit Open re-tests. It will also include a tempo strength cycle focusing on front squats and deadlifts.
💥The second quarter, "STEADY BURN," is focused on refining Olympic lifts and building aerobic capacity. Expect sessions that hone technique and improve endurance, creating a solid foundation for overall performance.
💥Phase three, "ADDING FUEL," introduces big power lifts and anaerobic threshold testing. This is where you’ll see gains in raw strength and the ability to sustain high-intensity efforts.
💥Finally, the fourth quarter of 2025, "REIGNITE," allows us to finish the year strong by building gymnastics proficiency and practicing new lifts. This phase ties together the progress made throughout the year and sets the stage for continued growth.
