This week's Open Them is... EMO Night! We know you had a phase back in the day... Break out the all black, eyeliner, hair dye and rep your team for 25.2! If you don't want to go all out, black clothes will suffice!

Save the date! Friday 3/14 at 5:30pm, your Team Captains will throw down on 25.3. Come in and cheer them on between group classes!

Leading into 25.2, we have a solid week of training. Â We'll get the week started with Box Jumps, Hang Power Cleans, and Front Squats straight into 8:00 to build to a heavy Complex on Monday, heavy Push Jerk and Toes To Bar on Tuesday, some Pull Up practice and a long Cardio piece Wednesday, some choice Cardio, Jump Rope, and Bodyweight movements to recover on Thursday, Open 25.2 on Friday, Bike, Push Up, Pull Up, Snatch on Saturday, and we'll finish off the week with a Sunday Quality workout.
Here's your weekly rundown:
• MONDAY: (EFFORT) AMRAP Box Jumps, HPC, Front Squats then 8:00 to build to a Heavy Complex Deadlift, Clean, Hang Clean, Front Squat
• TUESDAY: (SPRINT) Build to 3-Rep Push Jerk... Descending Shoulder To Overhead and Toes To Bar
• WEDNESDAY: (GRIND) Gymnastics Practice then Long Cardio: AMRAP Rowing and Running
• THURSDAY: (QUALITY) EMOM: Choice Cardio, Jump Rope, Up-Downs, Lunges, Variety of DB Movements
• FRIDAY: (?????) Open Workout 25.2 TBA
• SATURDAY: (GRIND) 10 Rounds: Bike, Push Ups, Pull Ups, Power Snatch
• SUNDAY: (QUALITY) Jump Rope, KBS, Box Step Over, Running, Sit Ups, Goblet Squats
