Good Evening Bell City CrossFit and Happy Father's Day to all of our Bell City Dads out there!

Well done to everyone who completed the first Mid-Year Challenge workout on Friday, called "The Climb".  Once we receive all scores from week 1's workout, we'll tabulate the results and report out the current leaderboard!  This week, we tackle "The Summit" a descending, ascending ladder of pull-ups and deadlifts!  Get ready, Teams!  If you haven't already, please send your team name to Info@bellcitycrossfit.com.

This week we'll also work on our Push Jerk on Monday, Power Clean on Tuesday and Overhead or Front Squats on Saturday.

Weekly rundown:

• MONDAY: (HEAVY) Build to a 3-Rep Push Jerk, On a 10:00 running clock, max cal bike, every 2:00 perform 5 shoulder to overhead

• TUESDAY: (GRIND) EMOM x 6 Power Clean + Front Squat + Hang Clean, For Time Chipper Wall Balls, Box Jump Overs, Toes to Bar, Power Cleans and Front Squats

• WEDNESDAY: (EFFORT) AMRAP x 16 Minutes Run, Push Ups, Walking Lunges

• THURSDAY: (QUALITY) AMRAP x 25 Minutes Cardio of Choice, Sit-Ups, Turkish Get-Ups, Up Downs, Single Arm KB/DB Strict Press

• FRIDAY: (EFFORT) Mid-Year Challenge Workout 24.2!  "The Summit" a descending, ascending ladder of pull-ups and deadlifts

• SATURDAY:(GRIND) In Teams of 2...AMRAP x 22 Minutes Row, Overhead or Front Squats, Max HSPU or DB Push Press or Solo Option: Every 4:00 x 4-Sets Row, Overhead or Front Squats, Max HSPU or DB Push Press
