We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Great work last week on our favorite holiday workouts! With that, we welcome you to the first week of December.

We hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Great work last week on our favorite holiday workouts! With that, we welcome you to the first week of December.  

This week, we are continuing our GPP (General Physical Preparedness) theme with a good mix of strength and skill, as well as some long form cardio to burn off all that pie. We have a lot of classic CrossFit in store for you this week!

We will hit a 5-Rep Push Jerk on Monday, 4-3-2-1 Deadlifts on Tuesday, long form Bike/Pull Up/Muscle Up chipper on Wednesday, Tabata and Handstand Practice on Thursday, Running, Lunges, and Rope Climbs on Friday, heavy singles of Power Clean and Jerks for Saturday, and on Sunday we will conclude the week with some quality Choice Cardio, Floor Press, and Bodyweight work.
