We have a great week of holiday training for you as well as some scheduling updates. This week marked the finale of our 100-Day Burpee/Squat/Sit-Up Challenge. Congratulations to all of the finishers! Hopefully you won't have to do those movements for a while!

We have a great week of holiday training for you as well as some scheduling updates. This week marked the finale of our 100-Day Burpee/Squat/Sit-Up Challenge. Congratulations to all of the finishers! Hopefully you won't have to do those movements for a while!

We have some holiday scheduling updates for the holidays ahead:

   

     
  • 12/24 Christmas Eve: 5:30am, 7:45am, 9:00am, and 12:00pm

  • 12/25 Christmas Day: No Group Classes
  •  
  • 12/31 New Years Eve: 5:30am, 7:45am, 9:00am, and 12:00pm
  •  
  • 1/1 New Years Day: 7:45am, 9:00am, 12:00pm

This week is all about FUN and celebrating the holidays with 3 Holiday themed workouts for you. We will start Monday with "Naughty or Nice" a 32minEMOM of Rowing, Burpees, and Deadlifts. Tuesday brings "The 12 Days of XMAS". Wednesday there is no group class, but we have some biking and snatching for Open Gym or people with equipment at home. Thursday we are back with a chipper: Jump Rope, Wall Balls, Sit-Ups, and Pull Ups for "Deck "Deck"Deck the Wall Balls". Friday we will hit a 3-RepBench Press, Biking, Toes to Bar, Front Squats on Saturday, and lastly a mix of running, DB Burpees, DB Push Press, and Farmers Carry to finish off the week on Sunday.  

Here's your weekly rundown:

  • MONDAY:    (HEAVY) "Naughty or Nice" 32min EMOM: Rowing, Burpees, Deadlifts
  • TUESDAY:    (GRIND) "12 Days of XMAS" 12 Movements of fun following the song
  • WEDNESDAY:  (EFFORT) GYM CLOSED. No Group Classes, Open Gym Only: Build to 1-Rep     Snatch... AMRAP Bike and Hang Snatch
  • THURSDAY:     (EFFORT) "Deck the Wall Balls" Partner or Solo Jump Rope, Wall     Balls, Sit Ups, Pull Ups
  • FRIDAY:     (EFFORT) 3-Rep Bench Press then... AMRAP Push Ups, KB Swings, Box Jumps
  • SATURDAY:     (HEAVY) 4 Rounds: Bike, Toes to Bar, Front Squats
  • SUNDAY:     (GRIND) Long AMRAP: Running, DB Burpees, DB Push Press, Farmers Carry
