Are you looking for a little mid-year friendly competition to help hold you accountable to your training? Sign up for the Mid-Year Challenge at Bell City CrossFit!!
This competition will run for 3 weeks, and you’ll complete 3 workouts to find the FITTEST teams at Bell City CrossFit! We have 3 awesome workouts in store designed to test strength, endurance, and grit.
The workouts for the Mid-Year Challenge will be programmed for group classes on Friday, June 14, 21, and 28. There will be a FITNESS and PERFORMANCE* version of each workout. When you opt-in to participate, select ONE track and stick to that track for every workout.
Please ensure that your correct score is recorded by your Coach on the daily whiteboard, as that is what will be used to calculate the LEADERBOARD! At the end of the competition, the fittest FITNESS and PERFORMANCE teams will receive a prize package!

- Performance: Double Unders, Chest to Bar Pull-Ups, Handstand Push-Ups, Snatches (115/75), Deadlifts (255/185)
- Fitness: Single Unders, Pull-Ups, Hand Release Push-Ups, Snatches (75/55), Deadlifts (185/135)
