We'll pick one book every 2 months which we'll discuss at an in-person meeting (can Zoom if needed). You'll also be invited to join a private FaceBook group to promote discussion while progressing through the books.

As we're entering a brand-new year, a time many people use as an opportunity to make changes and implement healthy habits, we thought we'd kick off the year with the classic, "Atomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad Ones" written by James Clear.
