4 Small Group Fundamental Training Sessions: 

 

We will start at the very beginning.

Everyone has heard qualms about CrossFit being dangerous or needing to be in shape to start. Neither of these are true with good coaching. CrossFit is for everyone.

 

Your journey begins with four small group training sessions that cover the basics. Our Fundamental sessions are led by expert coaches and designed to get you up to speed with foundational movements you will see in group classes, as well as assisting you in coming up with appropriate scaling and progressions so you can safely and effectively take on Group Classes.

 

Don’t worry about not being able to do everything from the get-go. Everyone starts somewhere and our coaches will ensure you move safely and effectively while learning new skills.

 

These sessions will be held on January 11, 12, 18, and 19 from 12:00-1:00.

 

Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your form, these sessions provide the perfect foundation to get started!
