Join us on Saturday, October 7th for a Breast Cancer Awareness WOD + Fundraiser at Bell City CrossFit! All proceeds will benefit the Beekley Center for Breast Health & Wellness at Bristol Hospital.

Join us on Saturday, October 7th for a Breast Cancer Awareness WOD + Fundraiser at Bell City CrossFit! All proceeds will benefit the Beekley Center for Breast Health & Wellness at Bristol Hospital.  
     
The Beekley Center is a state-of-the-art breast health center with the comforts of a high-end spa, all situated in a convenient, compassionate and healing environment designed for women by women.  The funds collected from this event will cover the cost of preventative screenings (mammograms and biopsies, etc.) for uninsured and underinsured patients who otherwise would not get tested.
     
Event registration is open to BCCF Members + Non-Members, so encourage a friend to sign up, and wear your PINK!  All participants must register HERE in advance to reserve your spot in a heat & to make a donation.
     
Heat Times are scheduled for 8:00am, 9:00am, 10:00am, 11:00am and heats are capped at 20 people. The workout, “Think Pink” was originally published in October, 2018 created by Mako Athletics in Pensacola, FL as part of a fundraising event to help raise funds for and awareness about breast cancer.

"Think Pink" PERFORMANCE
     AMRAP in 9 minutes
     From 0:00-3:00, perform: Clean-and-Jerks (135/95 lb)
     Then, from 3:00-6:00, perform: Bar Facing Burpees
     Lastly, from 6:00-9:00, perform: Front Squats (135/95 lb)
     
"Think Pink" FITNESS      
     AMRAP in 9 minutes
     From 0:00-3:00, perform: Clean-and-Jerks (95/65 lb)
     Then, from 3:00-6:00, perform: Bar Facing Burpees
     Lastly, from 6:00-9:00, perform: Front Squats (95/65 lb)      
"Think Pink" CIRCUIT BREAKER    
      AMRAP in 9 minutes
     From 0:00-3:00, perform: Dual DB Clean-and-Jerks (Athlete's Choice)
     Then, from 3:00-6:00, perform: Burpees over Dumbbell
     Lastly, from 6:00-9:00, perform: Dual DB Front Squats (Athlete's Choice)
