Coach Ethan holds a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism and served as a Hospital Corpsman in the Navy. He also trains competitively in Brazilian JiuJitsu. Ethan is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), Certified CPR/AED and is passionate about helping others with their health and fitness goals!
